Napa - Waterstone - Edenbridge Homes is now building eleven elegant executive homes in Napa’s prestigious Brown Valley East Neighborhood at 3090 Browns Valley Road. The Waterstone community will feature a single-story floor plan of 2,770 square feet with 4 bedrooms, 3-1/2 baths and a 2-car garage. Waterstone will also include two-story plans of 3,020 and 3588 square feet. Both two-story plans will have 5 bedrooms, 4-1/2 baths, three-car garages, and an entry level bedroom suite. Lots sizes vary from 7,100 to over 28,000 square feet. These exquisite new homes will be available in early 2025.

Napa - The Grove - Edenbridge Homes is currently building a collection of new homes above the banks of Redwood Creek in Napa. This exclusive community is comprised of six single-family detached homes on a 3 acre site located at 2502 Grove Avenue. Lot sizes vary from 7,700 square feet to over 36,000 square feet. These two-story homes will range from 2,800 to 2,940 square feet, each featuring five bedrooms and 4-1/2 baths. The homes at The Grove should be available for purchase in the summer of 2024.
